This group comprises representatives from the Northwest region's utilities, Bonneville Power Administration, Energy Trust of Oregon, NEEA, WSU Extension Energy and others who administer industrial programs designed for manufacturers in the region with 249 or fewer employees.

As NEEA works to develop a market transformation initiative for the SMI space in the Northwest, the organization seeks to share research; better understand the region's plans for delivering efficiency to SMIs to ensure coordinated delivery; collect and organize key learnings to date, and collaborate on the development of new offerings that, when proven, can be handed off to utility/public benefits administrator programs.
