The USB was created to inform BPA on the implementation of energy efficiency programs throughout the region. The USB focuses on what it takes to achieve regional energy savings targets which includes, but is not limited to the tools developed to support energy savings, regional infrastructure needs and input on regional program offerings.

BPA public utility customers serve the board for a limited term. As USB members, the public utility representatives represent a cross-section of BPA customers and serve as a way to make sure that BPA programs work effectively and deliver energy efficiency goals.

All public utilities are welcome to participate in this group on Conduit. The USB will monitor this group page and discuss ideas that are generated here at upcoming meetings.
