Designing for Diversity: How Programs Can Reach the Harder-To-Reach

This session will inform attendees about the need to reach today’s underserved populations when it comes to energy efficiency behaviors. We will explore findings on these behaviors and then share best practices from the field, including local efforts to increase weatherization behaviors among low-income and limited English proficiency communities, and lessons in the importance of going beyond translation to effectively reach communities of color.
