A prospectus has been prepared by the End Use Load Research Working Group, consisting of representatives from Avista, the Bonneville Power Administration, the Energy Trust of Oregon, the Northwest Power & Conservation Council, Northwestern Energy, Portland General Electric, Puget Sound Energy, Seattle City Light, Snohomish PUD, and Tacoma Power.  The prospectus provides a detailed proposal for regional end use load research on targeted end uses in the residential and commercial sectors, to be conducted over a 5-year period.
