At our utility, I am the last resource when the cranky/desperate home owner calls up to vent and complain and plead. Someone at your utility wears a similar hat. Many questions are handled by the billing staff but the exceptional cases always come to my desk. I have been wearing this hat (somewhat uncomfortably) for eight years now. I would like to be better at this part of my job and I think this group can help me get there. If this takes off and rolls, it will probably help some of you, too and many desperate homeowners, as well.  So, lets share our experiences (successes and otherwise), our tools and our tricks and see if we can get these homes to perform normally and get the energy bills back under control.
