The Northwest Regional Retail Collaborative (NWRRC) is a funded organized structure formed to leverage the collective strength of the Northwest region utilities and represents over 130 electric utilities (large and small, public and investor-owned) and regional organizations including the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), and Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO).
The NWRRC identifies and pursues opportunities that can best be achieved by working collaboratively in the region. We work with retailers and manufacturers to mobilize markets and create programs that result in increased product sales at retail and significant conservation savings for the region.
The NWRRC is currently launching a collaborative Retail Windows Pilot program in the Clark Public Utiltiies, Energy Trust of Oregon, Tacoma Power, Puget Sound Energy, Seattle City Light and Snohomish PUD territories.
