Overview
Project Objectives: The team is working to collect data from 100 LESA conversions during the summer of 2017 and will estimate energy savings. The project team is also measuring soil moisture content on 15 - 20 sites in Oregon and Washington, to inform measure development by the Regional Technical Forum.

BPA decided not to purusue a UES measure at this time and is offering incentives through its imiplementation manual
