Overview
Project Objectives:

Net Zero building - Residential portion is expected to meet net zero requirements when complete. Commercial portion may evolve to net zero.

Current Project Phase: Planning
Current Project Status: Ground Breaking for site has took place last month. Unfortunately construction costs continue to increase so commercial portion of building has been reduced as well as some technologies removed from project. Residential units will have radiant wall heaters instead of inverter driven PTHP's, and zonal heat pump water heaters and heat pump dryers appear to still be included.
