What's changing with Conduit?
As part of NEEA’s 2020-2024 Business Planning process, Conduit shifted from an online community to a file and resource sharing platform. Due to a steady decline of use and growing cyber security concerns since that adjustment, NEEA and BPA leadership have made the decision to sunset the Conduit platform altogether.

When will Conduit be decommissioned?
The changes are expected to occur in September 2022. All files should be removed from the website no later than August 12, 2022.

I’m a group manager for an active group – what will happen to my materials?
Any unclaimed materials will be decommissioned along with the site. Conduit Group Managers should review the contents of their groups and determine whether the items need to be downloaded and saved elsewhere. If there are bulk items that need to be removed, please reach out to us at help@conduitnw.org.

Will I be able to access old files and articles that were posted on Conduit after the website goes away?
No. Please ensure all necessary files, articles and documents are migrated or saved elsewhere. Conduit users will need to work with their respective organizations to migrate any necessary items.

How can I stay engaged with NEEA and BPA activities now that Conduit is going away?
To ensure access to information about alliance and BPA work, please visit the NEEA and BPA calendars. You can also stay up-to-date with NEEA’s various communications through its subscriptions page and BPA’s activity at BPA’s Energy Efficiency Announcements page.

Need more information?
If you have more questions that weren’t covered above, please don’t hesitate to reach out to help@conduitnw.org for more information.
