Jeff Harris is the Chief Transformation Officer for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) where he has spent the last 20 years pioneering, developing and advancing NEEA’s leadership in market transformation for energy efficiency. His work currently focuses on assessing and advancing strategic initiatives for NEEA and the Northwest region.
