 Val Jensen, Senior Vice President, Customer Operations, Commonwealth Edison,  set the tone for EFX18 with an forward-looking keynote address about the utility of the future.

Prior to Val's keynote Chris Robinson, Power Superintendent for Tacoma Power, and Tacoma Mayor Victoria Woodards gave a warm welcome to Efficiency Exchange 2018 conference attendees. Both speakers provided insights into their combined goal of seeking cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet legislative mandates while striving to keep rates affordable and dependable for their customers.

After Bonneville Power Administration Vice President of Energy Efficiency Kim Thompson shared her perspective on regional challenges and success, Val took the stage to share his thought-provoking insights on the utility of the future.
